4. PRODUCT USE AND FITTING DISCLAIMER

Golf shafts are precision components that are subjected to significant rotational and impact forces.

Shafts should be trimmed and installed by a qualified golf club technician using appropriate equipment, adhesives, and procedures.

BLACK IMPACT does not currently provide trimming, assembly, or installation services unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Damage or injury resulting from improper trimming, installation, reinstallation, adapter removal, heat exposure, unauthorized modification, misuse, abuse, or use outside normal golfing activities may not be covered by the Limited Warranty.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY

The BLACK IMPACT Limited Warranty lasts for 12 months beginning on the original delivery date.

Warranty claims are subject to individual review and the applicable warranty terms. The warranty does not automatically cover every type of damage or breakage.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLACK IMPACT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your purchase or use of our products, or your inability to access the Services.
