REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Standard Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Before sending anything back, contact BLACK IMPACT through the Contact page or at toronto.ccha.510@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send a return until BLACK IMPACT approves the request and provides return instructions and the current return address.

To qualify for a standard return, the golf shaft must be:

- Unused
- Uncut
- Uninstalled
- Unmodified
- Undamaged
- Returned in its original packaging with all included materials

You must also provide proof of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

For a standard buyer-initiated return because you changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

A 2% restocking fee applies to eligible standard returns and will be deducted from the eligible product refund.

Inspection and Refunds

After an approved return is received, BLACK IMPACT will inspect the product.

If the return meets all requirements, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Returns that are used, cut, installed, modified, damaged, incomplete, or missing the required original packaging may be refused.

Damaged Products, Incorrect Items, and Defects

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe the product has a defect, contact BLACK IMPACT through the Contact page as soon as possible and before sending the product back.

These cases are reviewed separately under our shipping-damage or Limited Warranty procedures. Do not send the product back until BLACK IMPACT provides return instructions.

Preorder Cancellations

Paid preorders may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund to the original payment method.

Once a preorder has shipped, it cannot be canceled and becomes subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
