Orders and Preorders

Full payment is collected when an order or preorder is placed at checkout.

You may request to cancel your order or preorder at any time before shipment.

Approved pre-shipment cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After shipment, the order becomes subject to our Refund & Return Policy:

BLACK IMPACT does not currently offer subscription purchases or try-before-you-buy purchases.
